Gretchen (2)Gretchen Morgan received her real estate license in February, 2011, and joined the In-Sight Realty group in August, 2012.

Gretchen moved from Alaska to Shelbyville in 1988 during a down turn in the local housing market. She purchased her first home on South West Street for $18,000 by assuming the mortgage of a house headed for foreclosure. This sparked the beginning of a steady accumulation of rental properties one by one over the years. Gretchen has bought, sold and rented real estate in Shelby County for 24 years.

Gretchen is currently employed at McNeely, Stephenson, Thopy & Harrold as a legal assistant and has enjoyed this position for 20 years. She has been active in adult sports with running and cycling groups and helped found Energy2Action, LLC, a small event management company that organizes and directs athletic events that benefit many local charities. Gretchen spent many years coaching childrens sports when her children were young – namely The Rapid Ropers jump rope team, t-ball, softball, and baseball. Gretchen has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and is currently a member of Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.

Gretchen is available to assist in every area of real estate – purchases, sales, investment property, leases, and contract sales and purchases. She is especially interested in helping first time home buyers secure financing and purchase their own home! She can be reached at 317-604-8002, or at the In-Sight Realty office located at 46 E. Washington Street, Shelbyville. E-mail
